Dr. Kyle is brilliant. He figures out where your pain is coming from, what is causing the pain, and then gives you a set of exercises to improve your strength and/or flexibility to get rid of the pain. He goes through the exercise with you, makes sure you’re doing it correctly and that the exercise is doing what he intends for it to do, and explains the various purposes of the exercise so that you can mimic the effect on your own. He’s thorough, patient, enthusiastic, and genuine. I cannot recommend Dr. Kyle highly enough if you want to optimize your body for all your daily sports and activities.
